Non Profit Capital Management, LLC ("NPCM") — Effective September 10, 2026
NPCMclose is an internal software tool operated by NPCM to support bookkeeping and month-end close services for NPCM's clients. It connects to a client's QuickBooks Online company file only with that client's authorization.
Non Profit Capital Management, LLC ("NPCM") — Effective September 10, 2026
What NPCMclose accesses. With a client's authorization, NPCMclose reads and updates accounting records in the client's QuickBooks Online company: transactions, accounts, vendors, customers, classes, and financial reports. It does not access payroll, payments, or banking credentials, and it does not collect personal information from individuals beyond what already exists in the client's accounting records.
How the data is used. Solely to perform bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting services for that client under NPCM's engagement with the client. NPCM does not sell, rent, or share client accounting data with third parties, and does not use it for advertising or analytics unrelated to the engagement.
Where it is stored. Authorization tokens are stored in encrypted credential storage controlled by NPCM. Working copies of reports and reconciliation files are kept in NPCM's client file systems, subject to NPCM's standard data-retention and confidentiality practices.
Security. Access to NPCMclose and its credentials is limited to NPCM staff assigned to the client. All communication with Intuit uses TLS. Access tokens are short-lived and refreshed automatically.
Disconnecting. A client may revoke NPCMclose's access at any time from QuickBooks Online (Apps → Connected apps → Disconnect). On disconnect, NPCM's stored tokens for that company become invalid and are deleted.
Changes. NPCM may update this policy; the effective date above will change accordingly.
