Brian founded Nonprofit Capital Management in 2004, after working at both the Department of Developmental Services and the Department of Children and Families. For more than two decades, Brian has partnered with nonprofit organizations to solve financial and operational challenges, combining technical accounting expertise with a practical, people-focused leadership approach. He lives in Sterling with his wife and four children.

Valerie joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2017 as an account manager and now serves as a Director, helping lead the firm and its team of Account Managers. A former CPA who previously ran her own firm as a partner, she oversees complex client engagements and sets the standard for quality across our work.

Marta joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2024 and serves as Director, helping lead the firm and its team of account managers. A CPA, she oversees complex client engagements and the quality of the work our clients receive.

Rebekah joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2026 as HR and Payroll Manager. She supports our team and keeps payroll running accurately and on time for the organizations we serve.

Stefanie joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2021 as a senior staff accountant and now serves as Operations Manager. She lives in Lancaster, MA, with her family. She loves traveling with her family and spending time with her dogs.

Jack joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2025, after five years managing operations at Nonprofit Numerics. He supports our team’s operations and the technology behind our work, including bringing new AI and automation tools into our processes so our accountants can spend more time on the work that needs their judgment.

Dan is a Senior Account Manager at NPCM primarily specializing in tax compliance for nonprofit organizations. He joined NPCM in 2019 and has been working with nonprofits for over 19 years. He lives in central Massachusetts with his family and enjoys playing golf in his free time.

Meredith joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2021 and serves as a Senior Account Manager. In this role, she leads a team of account managers while managing her own portfolio of client relationships. She is committed to ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and exceptional client service. Meredith lives in Sterling, Massachusetts, with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, and making memories with her family and dog.

Megan joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2025. A CPA and senior account manager, she leads a team of account managers and works directly with the organizations she serves.

Melissa joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2022. A CPA and senior account manager, she leads a team of account managers and works closely with her clients on their day-to-day finances. She lives in Jacksonville, FL, with her husband and their cats, and loves scuba diving and cruising.

Ann joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2019. As an Account Manager, she has partnered with nonprofit organizations, leveraging extensive nonprofit finance experience to support clients’ finance and accounting operations. Based in Central Massachusetts, she enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, and spending time with animals, especially her cats.

Emily joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2026 and has worked in governmental and nonprofit accounting since 2018. As an account manager, she works directly with her clients to keep their books accurate and their reporting on schedule. She is based in Pennsylvania.

Karen joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2016. As one of our longest-serving account managers, she brings years of nonprofit experience to the clients she works with month after month.

Terri joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2022. As an account manager, she works directly with her clients to keep their books accurate and their monthly reporting on schedule. She lives in Florida and, outside of work, enjoys dancing and working out.

Jen joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2021 and has a strong background working with nonprofit organizations in Massachusetts. She lives in Central Massachusetts with her family and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to Maine whenever she has the opportunity.

Loretta joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2024, with a background in nonprofit accounting. As an account manager, she works directly with her clients to keep their books current and their financial reporting accurate. Outside of work, she loves traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and her dogs.

Lisa joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2021, after running her own bookkeeping firm for 20 years. As an account manager, she brings that hands-on experience to every client she works with. Outside of work, she enjoys playing kazoo with a local jug band, genealogy, and traveling with her family.

Amanda joined NPCM in 2021 as a staff accountant and has grown into her role as Account Manager. She loves working with nonprofits because her work supports organizations making a real difference. Based in Central Massachusetts, she enjoys spending time with family and her 2 dogs.

Will joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2019 as a staff accountant and has grown into his role as an account manager. He lives in Worcester, MA, and outside of work enjoys Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, hiking, and biking.

Erica joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2025. A CPA and account manager, she works directly with her clients to keep their books accurate and their reporting on time. Outside of work, she loves traveling to Utah to spend time with her son and new daughter-in-law, reading, and time with her dogs.

Eileen joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2022 as an Account Manager. She is dedicated to helping nonprofit clients achieve their goals and create a positive impact in the world. Outside of work, she enjoys beach days, supporting animal welfare causes, and spending quality time with her family, especially her rescued Chihuahua.

Gabe joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2025, bringing a career built around supporting the arts, education, and community organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has completed the Uniform CPA Examination and the IRS Special Enrollment Examination. Gabe brings extensive experience in nonprofit accounting. He also serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Music Worcester and teaches classical guitar at Apple Tree Arts. Outside of work, you can find Gabe at his piano in his living room or practicing his Vietnamese with his wife and in-laws.

Melissa DeLollo has been with NPCM since 2024 and brings over 25 years of financial management experience, starting in public accounting at PwC. She has served as Controller and Director of Finance for many nonprofit organizations. Based in Latham, NY, she lives with her husband, Tim, and their dogs, Alex and Mindy, and loves concerts and beach vacations with her family.

Stacy joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2023. As a senior staff accountant, she handles more complex bookkeeping and prepares detailed financial reports for our clients.

Tina joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2019. A CPA and MST, she is a senior staff accountant who supports our tax engagements and helps nonprofits file accurately and on time.

Denise joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2024. As a senior staff accountant, she handles more complex bookkeeping and prepares detailed financial reports for our clients. She lives in Bluffton, South Carolina, with her rescued Chihuahua. Denise enjoys going to the beach on Hilton Head Island and donating her time to various rescues.

Aira joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2026. Working from the Philippines through our partner TOA Global, she keeps financial records accurate across multiple client accounts and supports senior staff with day-to-day bookkeeping.

Kegan joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2025 as a Staff Accountant. He enjoys helping nonprofit organizations with their accounting and financial management needs. In his free time, Kegan can often be found running, reading, or relaxing with his cat.

Laura joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2015 as an accounts payable specialist and has grown into her role as a staff accountant. She keeps financial records accurate across multiple client accounts and supports senior staff with day-to-day bookkeeping. Laura lives on Cape Cod and enjoys the beach and golf in her spare time.

Angelica joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2021 as an Accounts Payable Specialist and has since advanced to her current role as Accounts Payable Manager. She leads the accounts payable team, oversees daily operations, and works closely with nonprofit clients to ensure efficient, accurate, and reliable financial processes. With a strong focus on client relationships, collaboration, and continuous improvement, Angelica is dedicated to providing exceptional service and helping nonprofit organizations stay focused on their missions. Originally from Brazil, Angelica lives in Webster, Massachusetts, with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, supporting her son’s activities, and preparing for the exciting arrival of her baby girl.

Jaycel joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2023. Working from the Philippines through our partner TOA Global, she manages bills and vendor payments for multiple clients and keeps vendor records current. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and her fur baby.

Khryss joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2026. Working from the Philippines through our partner TOA Global, Khryss manages bills and vendor payments for multiple clients and keeps vendor records current. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music, playing instruments, and creating his own musical compositions.

Connie joined NPCM in 2024 as an Accounts Payable Specialist. She has more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit world and enjoys being able to use her knowledge and experience to support the organizations she works with. She takes pride in what she does and appreciates the opportunity to work alongside her colleagues and clients at NPCM. Outside of work, Connie enjoys spending time with her family, staying connected to her faith, and making memories with her husband, two adult daughters, and three small dogs.

Alicia joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2025. She supports our accounts payable team and day-to-day operations. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, playing in her grassroots band, and spending time with her dogs.

Francine joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2024. As a payroll specialist, she runs payroll on each client’s schedule, keeps tax withholdings current, and makes sure their staff are paid accurately and on time.

Dawn joined Nonprofit Capital Management in 2022 as a payroll and tax specialist, splitting her time between her two passions. She and her husband live in Conway, SC, where they are just a short drive from the ocean. She loves spending quality time with her family, traveling, and frequent visits to the beach.
